Shipping - FAQ

We ship five days a week, Monday through Friday. All orders generally ship by the end of the following business day, though fulfillment time may be longer during times of high order volumes. 

 

Domestic US shipping:

We ship primarily via UPS and FedEx. Not all items can ship with USPS for size or weight reasons. Shipping options include:

Economy Shipping (2 to 8 Business Days)

  • From $9.99 to $29.99 for most orders up to 5 gallons (some exceptions apply).
  • Ships within 1-2 business days.
  • May ship via UPS Ground Saver, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground / Home Delivery or USPS Ground Advantage entirely at our discretion.
  • Arrival time varies based on location, volume and other factors. You can usually expect to receive your order within 2-4 days for most of the East Coast, 4-6 days for the Mid-West and 5-8 days for the West Coast.

Expedited Shipping (2 to 3 Business Days)

  • Not available for all orders. Must be able to reasonably fit in a single box weighing less than 50lb to qualify for this shipping option.
  • From $15 to $32.
  • Priority Fulfillment. Typically ships same day if order is placed before Noon EST.
  • Ships via FedEx 2nd Day Air, UPS 2nd Day or FedEx Home Delivery, typically based upon whichever will arrive the quickest. We do our best to make sure all orders arrive within 2-3 days!
  • All Hawaii and Alaska orders ship with FedEx 2nd Day Air.
  • NO PO BOXES FOR THIS SHIPPING OPTION PLEASE!

UPS Ground, UPS or FedEx 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air

  • Cost is calculated at checkout.
  • UPS Ground ships by the end of the following business day. UPS or FedEx 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air qualify for Priority Fulfillment and typically ship the same day if the order is placed before noon EST.
  • Estimated delivery date is displayed at checkout, though some orders will deliver a day earlier than the estimate.
  • NO PO BOXES FOR THIS SHIPPING OPTION PLEASE!

Freight / LTL

  • Orders containing one or more 55 gallon drums will always ship freight. Other large orders may also ship freight at our discretion. Commercial addresses with a dock or forklift present are preferred, though liftgate service or residential delivery can be arranged (typically with an additional fee - please contact us for details).
  • Freight orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. We take pride in carefully palletizing your freight to prevent damage in transit. 


International Shipping:

We ship international with UPS, FedEx and DHL. We can ship to most countries. We have shipped D/2 to Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, England, Scotland, The Bahamas, Trinidad & Tobago, Iceland, Tunisia and more. For some countries, shipping options are calculated automatically at checkout, however it doesn't mean we can't ship to you if there are no shipping options displayed at checkout. Please contact us for a shipping quote if shipping options do not automatically display during checkout! When requesting a shipping quote, please include your full address, name, phone number and the items / size / quantity you would like to order. Please note, all international shipments are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, VAT, customs clearance fees, or any other fees associated with the import of the product to your country.
